Gifval Industries was established in the year 1984 as a small scale industry. The present management under the proprietorship of Smt. Satnam Kaur took over the unit in the year 1999-2000. We manufacture ‘ISI marked’ Water Fittings, Plumbing Fittings, Rail Coach Lavatory Fittings for Railways and Government departments via e-marketing portal i.e. G.E.M., IREPS under the brand name “GVI” in its own premises located at SAS Nagar, Mohali – Punjab.
We have more than three decades of specialization in manufacturing of these products. Also making sure that essential specifications of Bureau of Indian Standards and Indian railways are adhered to.
The unit has two “Bureau of Indian Standards” licenses for the below:
IS:781/84 (Re-affirmed in 2010) :- Bib Taps, Stop Valve (Internal threading), Stop Valve (External Threading) – 15, 20, 25 mm
IS:8931/93 :– Fancy Pillar Tap, Fancy Bib Tap, Fancy Bib Tap (Long Nose), Fancy Stop Valve (Internal Threading), Fancy Stop Valve (External Threading), Fancy Stop Valve Concealed, Fancy Angle Stop Valve.
Conforming to IS: 1703/2000 :- Cast Brass Float Valves (Horizontal Plunger Type)
The unit is also ‘ISO certified’ since June 2009 by BSI Group India.
